• You can select Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, or Economy Transport, depending on urgency and budget.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment or order confirmation (for COD orders).

• Once verified, products are securely packaged, inspected, and dispatched from our warehouse or the dealer’s verified facility.

• You’ll receive SMS or email updates containing your tracking number and courier details as soon as your order is shipped.

7. Missed Deliveries or Address Issues

• If delivery is missed, couriers typically make up to two re-attempts before returning the order.

• If your parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

However, if your package appears damaged, tampered, or open upon delivery:

1. Do not accept the parcel.

2. Take a photo and report immediately to our Customer Care team at support@autoaxis.pk within 24 hours.

Currently, Auto Axis delivers within Pakistan only.
