Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Auto Axis, Pakistan’s trusted digital marketplace for automotive parts and accessories. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Auto Axis platform, including our website, mobile site, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use Auto Axis.

1. Role of Auto Axis

Auto Axis is an online marketplace that enables transactions between verified automotive part sellers (“Dealers”) and customers across Pakistan.

While Auto Axis provides the platform, manages order processing, and ensures adherence to marketplace standards, the responsibility for listed products — including their accuracy, availability, and lawful sale — rests with the respective Dealers.

Auto Axis may, at its discretion, oversee or coordinate certain aspects of order handling, delivery, and payment processing to maintain platform integrity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

2. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Pakistan.

Auto Axis reserves the right to refuse registration, restrict access, or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

Auto Axis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Buyer Obligations

  • Buyers must review product details, compatibility, and specifications carefully before purchase.

  • Orders placed through the Platform represent a legally binding commitment to purchase.

  • Buyers agree to provide correct delivery details and ensure availability to receive the product.

  • Payment must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash on delivery where applicable).

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders up to PKR 15,000 and may not apply to every product.

5. Seller / Dealer Obligations

Dealers on Auto Axis are required to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information including titles, specifications, pricing, and imagery.

  • Ensure all listed products are genuine, functional, lawful, and consistent with the descriptions provided.

  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment in accordance with Auto Axis policies.

  • Comply with all marketplace quality, delivery, and customer service standards established by Auto Axis.

  • Abide by applicable laws, including those related to consumer protection, product authenticity, and fair trade.

  • Avoid the listing of counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading products.

Auto Axis reserves the right to:

  • Audit listings and performance at any time,

  • Withhold, adjust, or release payments in accordance with its compliance framework, and

  • Suspend, delist, or permanently ban any dealer violating marketplace standards, policies, or legal requirements.

Dealers with consistent positive performance and compliance records may qualify for enhanced privileges or program benefits as determined solely by Auto Axis.

6. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • All orders placed on the Auto Axis Platform are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Auto Axis.

    Auto Axis reserves the exclusive right to accept, delay, or cancel any order in situations including but not limited to:

  • Pricing discrepancies or system errors,

  • Product unavailability or dealer inactivity,

  • Suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of policy.

  • In such cases, the customer may be contacted for clarification or the order may be canceled.
    If payment has already been made, Auto Axis will initiate a refund or adjustment in accordance with the Refund Policy.

    All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and Auto Axis shall not be held liable for typographical or system pricing errors.

7. Payments

  • Payments made via Meezan Bank, our preferred banking partner, are processed securely through authorized channels.

  • Card payments and installment options are under development and will be announced soon.

  • Auto Axis does not store your credit or debit card details on its servers.

  • For transparency, all transactions are logged and recorded for your and our protection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, code, and media available on the Auto Axis Platform are the property of Auto Axis or its content partners and are protected by Pakistan’s copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission from Auto Axis.

However, Auto Axis acknowledges that certain product images or descriptions may be provided directly by dealers or sourced from publicly available manufacturer data. Such content may occasionally contain third-party logos or watermarks, which remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Auto Axis claims no ownership over such third-party imagery or brand marks and uses them only for illustrative and descriptive purposes in good faith, in accordance with fair use and commercial display practices.

Dealers are solely responsible for ensuring that any images or content they upload do not infringe on third-party rights.

9. User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews, feedback, and comments. By submitting such content, you grant Auto Axis a perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or operational purposes.

You agree not to post:

  • False or misleading reviews,

  • Offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material, or

  • Content that violates any third-party rights.

Auto Axis reserves the right to remove or moderate user content that breaches this policy.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Post, distribute, or promote offensive or misleading materials.

  • Exploit the Platform for spamming, scraping, or data mining.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Auto Axis operates solely as an online marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers for the exchange of automotive parts and related products.

While Auto Axis facilitates transactions, it does not own, manufacture, or directly supply the listed products. Product details, specifications, warranties, and representations are provided by the respective sellers.

Accordingly, Auto Axis:

  • Makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, performance, or suitability of any product listed on the platform;

  • Is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from product use, installation, or compatibility issues;

  • Shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, delays, or disruptions caused by third parties.

Auto Axis’s responsibility is limited to maintaining a fair and secure transaction environment. In any event, Auto Axis’s aggregate liability, if established, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the relevant order.

12. Data Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Bill (Pakistan).
We do not share user data with third parties except as required for transaction processing or by law enforcement authorities.

13. Suspension and Termination

Auto Axis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws,

  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or

  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Auto Axis may retain records as permitted by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of Auto Axis shall be:

  • Governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and

  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Auto Axis encourages amicable resolution through customer support before legal proceedings.

15. Amendments

Auto Axis may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
